Three Friends, One Valley, An Endless Dream
Somveer and Utam grew up in Haryana, Sumit in Himachal Pradesh — three friends bonded by a shared love of mountains, road trips, and the kind of honest friendship that lasts a lifetime. A trip to the Tirthan Valley brought them to Jibhi, and the valley never let them leave.
Standing among deodar forests with the Himalayas all around them, they saw not just a beautiful place — but a calling. The valley was pristine, the people warm, and the need for a genuine, well-crafted retreat was clear. So three friends from the plains made a decision: they would build something special here.
Emberwood by Uyut opened in 2025 — born from that friendship, that vision, and an unshakeable belief that true luxury isn't about grand gestures — it's about feeling deeply at home in a place that honours its surroundings.
